1. Introduction

Welcome to our StarQ's Cities: Skylines II Modding Bot service ("Service"). By using our Cities 2 Modding Bot Discord bot ("Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The Bot retrieves User-Generated Content (UGC) information from Paradox Mods. The Bot stores some information on a private server to provide quick access without accessing the server every time. The Bot can be used in direct messages (DM) with the Bot, DM with friend(s), privately on any server you're in, and publicly on any server that the Bot is in.

3. User Consent

By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy below. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw consent, remove the bot from your server or profile's Authorized App section.

4. Compliance

The Bot operates in compliance with the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service imposed by Paradox Interactive here.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Bot.

6. Data Removal Request

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. If you do not want any of your mods or your profile to be shown by the Bot, you can contact the Bot developer (StarQ) to request the removal of your data. StarQ will process such requests in a timely manner.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Bot, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Bot after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.

The Bot collects UGC information and metadata from Paradox Mods. It may also collects Discord user IDs and server IDs necessary for its operation.

Data is stored on a private server to provide quick access without repeatedly accessing the API.

To remove your data, contact the developer (StarQ). Requests will be processed promptly.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. That being said, most of our collected information is public and can be accessed manually by other means.
